About SHERRY CALDWELL

Though originally born in Kentucky, Sherry spent most of her life in the Indianapolis area. In 1999 she graduated from Indianapolis Baptist High School with 12 others (yes, you read that right!) and went on to Ball State University. In 2007 she was working for a Fortune 500 company when she decided to leave and pursue her passion real estate! She began her career as a realtor and Client Services Manager working with a successful team in the Carmel area. At last count, it’s estimated she has managed more than 1,000 real estate transactions throughout her career! She has extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process and loves helping first-time homebuyers realize their dream of owning a home.

 

In 2018 Sherry built a new home in Greenwood where she resides with her 14-year-old son, Aidan, and their 4-year-old Goldendoodle, Hank Williams. Sherry may look familiar to you, as she has appeared on HGTV’s “Good Bones” and is also recognized each summer during WISH-TV’s “Gr8 Paper Push” as one of the biggest fundraisers for “Teachers’ Treasures,” a local organization that provides school supplies to students and classrooms in need.

 

She loves to travel and is always ready for her next adventure (she’s already taken her son out of the country three times)! During the summer months, she can be found exploring the patios of downtown Indy with friends, enjoying a good bourbon, and soaking up the sun.
