About KATELYN TARR

While pursuing her Marketing degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Katelyn began her career at Elizabeth Maora, a short-term rental company based in Indianapolis. Starting as a part-time assistant, she quickly earned her way up to the Executive Director position and fell in love with all things real estate. Katelyn’s passion for understanding the nuances of what makes an exceptional stay contributed to her success at Elizabeth Maora. There, she managed day-to-day operations, and client and guest relationships, and led all interior design projects for creating and optimizing vacation rentals. Katelyn extended her passion for real estate and earned her license at the start of 2023 to better help her clients find the perfect investment properties and help others find their dream homes. Her peerless eye for design helps her clients envision the potential of any space.

 

Katelyn currently lives on the south side of Indianapolis and is a big advocate for the city and everything it offers. Her passions include traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
